You can make over $2 billion per character in GTA 5 Story Mode using the Lester assassination missions + stock market.

Step 1: Complete All Story Missions First
Finish "The Big Score" to get ~$40 million per character.
Step 2: Lester's Assassination Missions (The Money Printer)
Complete them in this exact order and invest correctly:
- Hotel Assassination — Buy BET (Betta Pharmaceuticals) before. Sell after.
- Multi Target Assassination — Buy DEB before, RED after.
- Vice Assassination — Buy FRT before.
- Bus Assassination — Buy VAP after.
- Construction Assassination — Buy GCD before.
Expected Returns: 50%–300% on each stock.
After the Missions
Reinvest everything into the stock market or properties.
